The company was started in 2003 and Aileen has now taken over the business with the idea that quality service is the key strength. She is a qualified consultant in fitting and has recently attended an Advanced Consultant's course in conjunction with Breast Cancer Care and therefore can offer expertise for ladies who have had a mastectomy.

"We all know many women wear the wrong size bras and therefore feel uncomfortable and unsure about the type and shape they should wear," underlines Aileen. "I can help them overcome these problems in a stylish and comfortable environment." From ladies underwear including nursing bras, hosiery, suspenders, swimwear and nightwear, Better Than Chocolate does it with service, personality and style.

Better Than Chocolate is also keen to help men choose the right gift for the ladies. Aileen enthuses: "Don't be afraid men! I can offer special advice – just for you – so that lingerie gifts need no longer be things to contemplate, but never give. Above all I will listen and try to respond to customers' requests and ideas. Better Than Chocolate wants to continue to be known as the lingerie shop where personal service is top priority.
