Description
Opened May 1st under new management, Paul and Samantha have over 20 years experience in the pub and restaurant industry. Concentrating on locally sourced foods, Paul has created a seasonal and traditional pub menu - with dishes ranging from ham, egg and home-made chunky chips to goats cheese 'superfood' salad.
The restaurant organises theme nights on Tuesday, such as curry and a pint for £10, and offers 3 courses on a Sunday with 3 different roasts for £15.
Samantha has devised a fantastic exclusive wine list featuring Carménère and Viognier. They have 3 real ales: IPA, Cambridge and a regularly changing guest. The restaurant features a separate dining area, perfect for functions; a large enclosed child-friendly garden and a heated covered smoking area.
In the summer enjoy Al Fresco dining and in the winter enjoy our open fires and candlelight. A warm welcome awaits.
Regular events include quiz nights, late night opening Fridays, theme nights, live music and charity events
